I have 2 cameras installed through Verisure less than 2 years ago. But I have ceased their subscription months back.

Now I wanted to check the cameras and plugged them out. I wanted to charge them even though they had a solar panel but the play absolute dead. No blue light or any sign they are active. I have tried different charges, cables, plugs etc. The charge socket gets hotter showing that there is current drawing anyways. What should I do?

Hot may not be a good thing but try this procedure to see if you can resurrect the batteries. The key is to plug in and unplug many times to get enough charge into the batteries to allow them to then charge normally.

The steps say remove the battery but I have checked these models do not have easily replaceable battery it is embedded in the hard core. You need to remove a bunch of screws pull the notchs etc.

Don't try to remove the battery - it is not user-replaceable.

Just skip the steps you can't perform such as removing the battery.

Yeah, these steps really does not applicable in my case because my cameras were not registered through arlo secure app, so no chance to check the status there. Also verisure did not give me charging cable with these but I was able to charge them with my own cables.
Having both cameras turned into a brick made me suspicious if they are disabled by Verisure or what.

You can still try to perform the steps. As I recall, the blue LED shows on the camera after a short while when plugged in, indicating a full charge but of course it isn't. Unplug it and do the same steps over and over until plugging it in does NOT show the blue LED until several hours later.

You now have bricks. Arlo essentials are essentially junk. I have four that failed in less than a year. The spot light turns on and never turns off draining the battery. You will see customer service reply, but they don't want to admit this is a software problem that they have yet to fix. The batteries don't last and are not replaceable. These cameras cost a lot of money to turn into bricks in less than a year. You're lucky to get two years out of them. Every answer is to contact customer service, which =$$$ for them. I now buy Eufy, they're great with lots of free cloud storage. Mind you, I purchased mine with the promise of two weeks free cloud storage, which they conveniently changed (their convenience) to a pay subscription, so for a year all I had was live recording. Maybe I just lucked out, but I'm done with Arlo.
