Essential Spotlight repeatedly losing connection

I have an Essential Spotlight that randomly removed itself from app one day.  I am able to re-connect the camera and view footage.  It shows strong connection until restarting the app.  After restarting, it shows 'no connection' every single time and never regains connection.  I have tried factory resetting and re-connecting at least 10 times, using both my base station and direct Wi-Fi connection.

It could be something at the cameras location that is causing an interference issue. Try bringing the camera close to your router temporarily as a test and see if you still experience the same behavior.
