My Arlo essential spotlight camera (VMC2030) has been having an issue with the spotlight staying on. It has gotten to the point we had to keep it wired or it would die daily.
It has just worse. The camera stopped being able to be accessed through the app and even when turned off the light is staying on. I removed the device and now it wont connect AT ALL. We have only had this camera for a year. What is going on with this camera?

I'd make sure it's charged first.
