My Essential spotlight gen 1 camera "fell off" of the app camera list and nothing is resolving the issue. It was set up as wifi connected originally but I've do e a factory reset and it's acting like it's still trying to connect to wifi (password has since changed). Cam is also no loner on device list. Help!!!

Since the camera is not on your account, you have to add it back as if new. Try this procedure (you already don't have the camera in your account so just go past that step):
