Error Message, Can't Login, Can't Change Password

When I try to login it says I have the incorrect password. When I click to reset my password, it sends a link to my email to change my password. When I follow that link to reset my password, I type in a new password and then I get an error message that says the following:

 

"Sorry! Access violation: password reset code is invalid or expired"

 

I have tried deleting my browsing data, clearing my history and cookies, etc. with no help. I have tried contacting customer support, but it only allows me to access the chat help where it directs me to reset my password, which as explained above, doesn't help. It also won't allow me to contact a live person since I cannot log into my account. I couldn't even post this question in the community without creating a new account because you have to log into your account to post a question.

 

Please tell me how to log into my account, to get around this error message, or how to contact a human in support who can help me.

One option is to create a new account, do a factory reset on your Arlo devices, and onboard them again.  Painful though.
