Emails still going to old address

I have an Arlo account. I updated my email address and I am now receiving emails from Arlo at my new email address, but for some reason there are emails from Arlo  still going to my old email address. This is a huge privacy concern.

 

**If someone is reading this message while researching what cameras to purchase, consider that Arlo does not even provide a customer service phone number.***

Are these marketing emails?  Or are they alerts or 2-factor-verification?

Do you have a subscription?  Phone support is available if you do.  (I don't work for Arlo, so not my policy).

Adding to the suggestions above, check your active mode to see if your cameras rules are still pointing to the old e-mail address. If you had these alerts enabled previously, the rule may still be set up to send to the previous email address.
