Does Chrome still work with my.arlo? I have three of my five cameras say they are offline, but not on the app and not on Firefox. They are recording fine. I've already cleared cache and cookies on Chrome, and they are still offline on Chrome.
From previous postings, this seems to be a common problem with Chrome. If Chrome doesn't work with my.arlo, just tell us to use a different browser.
One of the other cameras has dead batteries and I just haven't replaced them yet. The other one I can't get to sync. Fresh batteries, the blue light comes on, and nothing else happens.

I normally use Edge, but I just tried Chrome and it also worked (cameras were on-line).

Are you just pressing sync on the camera and base? Or are you doing something else?
