Distorted Sound

I have a Sound Distortion on this camera. Is there a fix to this or is it not working correctly? Or is it junk. Ive had it for about 8 months

Try removing and resyncing the camera. Make sure all shipping films have been removed, especially on the camera face. If still an issue, use Settings, Support to invoke your warranty.
