I'm experiencing the title issue, I tried to setup the cam via mobile app and computer, but both failed.
The blue light of the cam either flash about 30 seconds and then off or flashing rapidly with amber light after 2 mins...
I tried the factory reset and then pair up again, but still no luck.
Anyone have same experience? How can I fix it?

Try charging the camera first and then attempt to sync again once it is fully charged. Do you still experience the same behavior?

Tried to charge it for a day and then sync again, but still the same.. 😞

Hold down button until light flashes Orange, Then try again.

Same problem here! im in contact with TS and so far no solution! bought 3 cameras and all 3 have the same problem. Did you got any solution?

Be sure the cameras are fully charged, try factory resetting and then attempt to sync again.
