Device won't reconnect after service outage

I have three Essential Spotlight cameras and they have been great. But last week, my internet (Wi-Fi) went out for several hours due to service provider outage. Now, I cannot get the three cameras to re-connect. I tried (1) sync via sync button --- multiple times & (2) removed all devices and sync until amber light then try to add but still can’t any of the three. All other Wi-Fi household devices are working fine.

You may need to factory reset the cameras before they can be connected again.  Make sure to fully charge the battery for each camera and then follow the instructions here to factory reset: https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-and-re-sync-my-Arlo-camera
