How can I delete all recordings at once on my arlo essential spotlight camera

Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app menu?  Or do you instead see "Library"?

 

Assuming "Feed"...  You can select all the recordings ( a day at a time) and then delete them.  First press on the three dots in the upper right of the "Feed" page, and then press on "Select Events".
