Has anyone got photos/details to share showing their "home made" innovative solutions to prevent the theft of their Arlo Essential XL cameras?

I did not find any ready made solutions that were suitable (but will stand corrected if I have missed something) and no doubt there are some engineering brains out there who have come up with something.

As this camera has 2 x connection screw holes (rear and underneath) available then I guess there might be some options both right way up possibly upside down. My initial idea was to tether the camera to the wall / eaves that it is attached to either by chain or by a thick fishing wire trace.

I am thinking of making use of Torx tamper proof screws for any solution that either is shared or I can come up with. This would make it even harder for any wanna-be thieves. The screw would go through the chain or wire lead.

Appreciate your interest and look forward to any photos or comments.

It's not something I've attempted myself, but I've seen two basic approaches.

One is to fully enclose the camera + mount: perhaps in a wire frame of some kind, or perhaps camo'd as a birdhouse.

The second is to put something around the camera shell, and attach a security chain from that to the house.
