How in the world do you get in touch with customer service? I called them a few weeks ago because my camera is dead. They said they would call me back within 24 hours and I've hear absolutely nothing. Now I'm trying to call them again but I can't get past the automated service. I need to talk to a human and fix this problem immediately. How do I reach a human at this company????????

Phone support requires a subscription (either paid or trial).
If you go into the support area of the app (not my.arlo.com), you'll see an option for phone support. It's available between 6 am and 6 pm US pacific time.
Don't google for a phone number, that will lead to a scam support site.

I need to speak with a human person from this company. Why does this company make it hard for customers have to search for the company phone number.

Of course, without a subscription they won't allow the call to progress. Just having the phone number isn't sufficient.
