I recently got Verizon Home Internet. I can’t connect my #arlo cameras to the internet. Do I need to change back to Comcast just for the cameras to work?

Is this the broadband mobile data service?

FWIW, the simplest thing to do is re-apply the wifi settings from your old router to the new one.  Then there is no need to onboard again.

If you are past that point (e.g., already tried resetting the cameras), then

  1. make sure the wifi is set to WPA2 (AES) security - not WPA3.
  2. make sure you aren't using special characters in the network name or password
  3. make sure the phone is connected to your wifi before you onboard
  4. disable 5 ghz wifi in the router/gateway temporarily during onboarding (if the router lets you).
