I changed from Arlo to another security system and gave my arlo system to a family member. 3 of the 5 Cameras won't connect to their new accout. Since I no longer have an account I cannot see if they are on my account. Also, since i don't have an active account i cannot chat with arlo support. I'm worried i will have to make an account for a month, but i dont have the equipment so I'm not sure I will be able to fix it anyway. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Have they tried resetting the cameras?
