I have been trying to cancel arlo for several months. The online website won't physically let me cancel, even when I go through the cancellation steps. I ended up notifying my credit card company to stop approving charges. I have also been in direct contact with arlo, but they are no help. They just say keep trying to cancel. Throw my hands up in the air at this point. 5 months in after my rate was somehow increased unannounced after having the same arlo plan for years. Good stuff
