Can't connect to my essential outdoor camera on app

My camera was working fine and now it will not find my camera on the app and connect. The camera will chime with the scan code but nothing else.

Can you try onboarding over the web browser as well?

Did you check that your phone was connected to a 2.4 GHz wifi?
