Hello

 

i just bought Arlo essential XL but can’t connect with app. Can’t read QR and blue light is not blinking. I tried to reset by pushing 15 secs but it does not reset. Whatever I will do the blue led lights every 20 secs but not blinking to read QR and connect. Thanks for your help

Have you charged the battery first? When resetting, you may need to hold the button for greater than 15 seconds although not much longer. If still no good, swap at the store.

yes i charged it fully but still can’t connect

My first attempt to connect was looking ok as by clicking on sync bottom for 2 secs the blue led was blinking, red the QR and chimes but couldn’t connect on last stage.

 

since then, blue led is not blinking, cant read the QR code and cant connect.

When tried to reset many times, even on 20 sec, the amber led is not blinking — still have the blue led every 30 sec - no other reaction.

 

any other suggestion?

I would swap at the store since it sounds like a hardware issue.
