Can not set up the essential Spotlight camera

Press the sync button, and scan the QR code successfully with arlo iOS app, the indicator flash blue for several seconds then out, nothing happened next, I have tried almost 20 times with APP and web-portal, so frustrated

Did you select "Essential" with "Add device" or the "Essential Spotlight"?  If you select Essential, the onboarding for the Essential Spotlight will fail.

 

If you can disable 5 ghz wifi in your router, try doing that before onboarding (re-enabling it afterwards).

 

Also, make sure the app is allowed to use your local network (with iOS that's in the general phone settings - scroll down to the app there and select it)
