Hi
If I have setup and connected the cameras to the home wifi via the app,
am I then able to install the app on another device external to the network and just login to my account to see the cameras?
The system is setup at home, and I am interstate and just purchased a new phone, so not able to “connect on the same wifi”.

Yes.

But watch out for 2FA, that could create an issue for you. Maybe temporarily add SMS as a verification method until you get everything switched. https://kb.arlo.com/000062289/How-do-I-edit-two-step-verification-settings
