Has anyone had the issue of their cameras not being findable on the app? They read the qr code, then the app cannot find them. They are connected on my internet, but not on the arlo app

This happens quite a bit. First make sure you don't have a VPN connected on the phone. Also, if you have separate network names for 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz, then make sure the phone is connected to the 2.4 ghz network.
You also might try installing the cameras from a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com).

There is no VPN. The 2.4ghz is named as such and I am definitely connected to the 2.4 on my phone. I shall try on the web
