Camera will NOT stay connected to network...Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera VMC2030

Camera repeatedly removes itself/disconnects from network after working well enough for @ 7 months.  Two other cameras appear to functioning well enough.  Have been able to reconnect the problem camera several times, but only for a few/couple minutes...then it disappears from devices list.  When reconnected I have updated the device.   Will not indicate that it's charging when plugged in using three different cables, but it does show 75% charge when first reconnected. Will not complete FACTORY RESET either.  Cannot seem to get through to support for help,..chat line is just this side of useless,.. but I have run through the available troubleshooting narratives multiple times.  Devices seem faulty at this point. Purchased camera in September of last year.

Assuming you have a subscription, use Settings, Support to select the camera and use the various options to get in touch with official support. That's the only way to get an RMA.
