Camera vision purple.

Any idea what’s causing this, and how to fix it?

Rebooting or reinstalling etc doesn’t help and it’s running the latest firmware.

    Did you try the hardware reset?

    1. remove the camera from the account
    2. hold sync until the camera LED flashes amber
    3. add the camera back to the account

    If this fails, the camera has likely failed.  Is it still covered by the warranty?
