my Arlo camera says that it is on with 38% battery yet it hasn’t recorded anything nor can I view the live stream for the last seven days… Was working perfectly fine before that. What’s going on!?

Have you tried rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app as well as tried the web client (my.arlo.com)? Have you charged the battery?
