I haven’t ever had to have a subscription before. I bought my 3 essential cameras last November and we just hung them up. They are not recording to the library. Is there a step we are missing? Do we need to troubleshoot? We want the three to work like our pro we have had since 2018. It’s still capturing and recording to library without the subscription.

The arlo legacy camera models pro2 and earlier retained the 7days free cloud storage when the ultra and subsequent models were released back in 2018 requiring a subscription.
It would be nice for arlo to clearly explain this on the package before you open it.
