Camera not connecting to phone

My camera will not connect to my phone. It has been removed 3 times and then added back online. It works for a few hours and then will not connect to the phone again. Also, battery is draining must faster than the other units. How do I resolve this issue?

This sounds like it's a signal strength/quality issue. Bring the camera closer to your router or hub, depending on how it's connected, to see if it still disconnects. If not, the location is the issue. Describe the location, your house construction, how far away the camera is from the router/hub, etc.

It has been in that location for almost 1 year, never an issue. It is the closest camera (have 4) to the router. Frame construction, vinyl siding. Another Camera is about a foot away going in a different direction, no issues. It is some thing with the camera, how long are they under warranty?

In the US it's a 1 year warranty. Use Settings, Support to contact support directly.
Arlo suggests more separation between cameras (3-6 feet?) since the radios could be interfering with each other. Temporarily move either camera a greater distance away from each other to see if that helps.
