I have two Arlo essential spotlight camera VMC2030. I charged one camera with a charger (not original) and it charged fully no problem. When I plug the second camera in, with the same charger from the first, it will flash blue three times then turn solid blue while plugged in. My app is telling me it is at 1% it hasn't changed. This is the first time I have had this problem charging it. I have tried different cords and blocks that plug into the wall, nothing is charging it.

If logging out and back into the app doesn't change the percentage, it may just be that the battery needs help to become fully charged. Try using this FAQ to see if it helps - the key is to plug in and unplug many times until the battery has enough charge to then properly charge.
