Camera Compatibility

I have a VMB4000 in each of two houses and have five cameras attached to each one. I want to increase my number of cameras in each location. If I buy a wireless camera (Arlo Essential) that doesn't require a base station, will the camera just show up as an additional camera in the same app I use now, or will I have a different app for the wireless cameras?  Will the two types of cameras fight with one another or is it an easy marriage?

One app per account, so it will show up in the same app.  FWIW, you could also add it to the VMB4000 if you want to.

You will need subscription(s) for cloud storage with anything newer than the Pro 2.  (If you only use one account now, you already need a subscription, since the free cloud storage for the legacy cameras is limited to 5 unsubscribed cameras per account).
