I purchased a CVR subscription and once I was charged i found out the CVR Subsciption did not support my Camera.   The next day I requested a refund.  I was denied as the said ".....we no longer offer refunds.  I had the service for 1 day and it didn't work - I should get a refund.  It's the principle of that Arlo is not being fair.  They just stopped communication with me.  I was told this was an honest company.

I called my credit card company and asked for a “charge back”
I will be filing a complaint directly with the President of Arlo and ask if I should have been given a refund in as much as the CVR did not work with my Arlo cameras
