Hi
I wonder whether someone can advise as how to rectify my predicament
I just submitted a subscription through my Arlo and subsequently discovered that the 2 cameras were not showing as registered so immediately cancelled but the first months payment was already taken. I’m unable to find customer service details ( a number or email) at Arlo
to contact for assistance
Would very much appreciate any advice please Thanks in Anticipation

What do you mean by "registered?
- The devices are not in the Arlo account from which you purchased the subscription?
- The cameras are in the account, but are not listed in the subscription plan?
- Something else???
