Hi

I wonder whether someone can advise as how to rectify my predicament 

I just submitted a subscription through my Arlo and subsequently discovered that the 2 cameras were not showing as registered so immediately cancelled but the first months payment was already taken.  I’m unable to find customer service details ( a number or email)  at Arlo

to contact for assistance 

Would very much appreciate any advice please Thanks in Anticipation

What do you mean by "registered?

  1. The devices are not in the Arlo account from which you purchased the subscription?
  2. The cameras are in the account, but are not listed in the subscription plan?
  3. Something else???
