Placed an order last night for the doorbell and chime. I was billed 3x for the same order and did not receive an order confirmation or order number. I have not been able to speak with anyone at customer service or locate the order number.

Yes, I did. Beware Arlo's support team is very difficult to contact. I recommend that if anyone would like to make a purchase of any Arlo products be sure to make the purchase in-store not online.
