I actually can’t believe this company is still operating. I have (stupidly) purchased camera after camera from Arlo and they just keep failing. I love the system when it works, but cameras have failed…one after the other. So frustrating. I’m now reporting to consumer affairs and whoever else I can possibly complain to.
