Best way to live stream with Essential Camera

I just bought and tested the Essential Spotlight Camera connected via wifi router and streaming to an Iphone. The lag is somewhere between 5-10s which is not useful for me at at all. less than 1s lag is what I expect.

I guess connecting it through a wifi router and stream through Arlo app is not going to achieve this.

What is the best setup to connect this camera for live streaming with minimal lag, hardware/Software?

Not sure you will find a 1 second lag with any brand wireless camera. On my Pro3's I have about a 3-5 second lag usually closer to 5. I count one one thousand two one thousand ect other then 123 ect. Also note the live stream times out after 30 minutes to save the battery if you forget to turn it off. If you live stream a lot it will drain the battery faster.

After doing some research I realize wireless cameras in general will not achieve real time streaming. Guess we have to wait some more years for the technology to evolve...

For now I go for a web cam instead.
