My camera’s are 2 years old This is the second one of 4 that won’t charge! I bought 2 new chargers & still no luck I tried resetting , removing device & re-adding Any other suggestions? I can’t get anyone from support to call me back!

WHat does the camera LED show when power is first applied? It should briefly blink blue indicating power is applied. If so, try this procedure - the key is to plug in and unplug many times to get enough charge into the battery to then allow it to charge normally:

If this fixes things, charge proactively - don't let it run completely out.
