Battery icon in app greyed out

Hi all. 

When I open the app, 3 of my cameras show the battery icon just empty but white in colour not red. When I open the settings in any of these cameras, the icon 'inside' the settings section for that camera shows plenty of charge and green (36%). I've restarted them but still same.

If I reinstall the app, will be able to reinstall them easily?

Removing/reinstalling the app does not remove the cameras. The app (or web client) is simply an interface to access and manipulate the cameras and has no bearing on camera status. Which app are you using - iOS or Android? Have you also tried the web client (my.arlo.com) on a computer?

I've cured it.

For some reason the battery icon was showing as just the image of a battery in white, with no black part to indicate partially charged, even though it was 36%.

I recharged it to full and now the icon shows correct level.
