Battery doesnt know its charged

Hello, when I charged my camera it displayed the solid blue light indicating a full charge. The camera settings still show no charge. Advice?

It may be that it is not charged. I do see that you have 3 Essential that are fully charged at about 97%. But the other Essential is at 1%. Is that the one that is not showing  the charge?
