BASESTATION VMB4000 Essential

Have essential spotlight cam. Now i bought VMB4000 and cant find camera. I try and do what app tell me to do. I can install basestation but then after it dont work. Help needed!

Did you already claim the base into your account? Did you remove the camera from your account and try connecting it to the base? What have you tried and what do you see?

Hi. I did erase all 6 cam that i had before on wifi. Then i connected my basestation and the system find it fast. After it ask me to add cam. I push button and choose cam essential with light and there is other options i think 3 different in the same text. It ask me if i want to connect with basestation or not. I choose with my basestation. I push cam button for 2 seconds so it start to blink blue. After that i press continue in app. And after that it search for cam but after a while it says it didnt find. 

I have tried to do deep reset om camera also, but it dont find them. Strange..

What did the base station LEDs, especially the Camera LED, show when trying to pair? If it wasn't blinking, it wasn't in pairing mode. I haven't tried it but you could try briefly pressing the base sync button - don't hold it - so the Camera LED is blinking and then press a camera sync button.
