I have 3 wire-free cameras newly set up. If someone is at any one of them and I try to talk to them, I can hear them but they can't hear me. Checked settings on app and Samsung Android phone and all seems right. Can't find any troubleshooting instructions for this, and haven't bought a plan, so can't call Customer Service.

To be clear, the phone setting for the app include the permission for the app to use the mic, right? Also check each camera's settings to ensure the mic is enabled.

Thank you for responding. Yes, the mic is on for all cameras and the app has permission to use the phone's mic.

If you have a headset (with a mic) then try using that with the phone, and see if that makes a difference.
You could alternatively try putting the phone up to your ear instead of using it as speakerphone, and see if that helps.

Thanks Stephen. I don't have a headset, but tried your other suggestion, and it didn't make a difference. It's like each of the speakers on the cameras aren't on. But in the app audio settings the speakers are all on & the volume is set to high.

The speaker settings aren't relevant, it's the mic volume setting on the phone that might be the issue. You can't set that in the phone UI (other than by going into speakerphone mode on the phone).
Do you have a PC with a mic that you could also test with? It would help to confirm whether the issue is with the app or the camera.
Also, what phone are you using?
