Arlo won't connect cant figure out how to get support

One of my cameras won't reconnect to my app. It was working but has stopped. I did the reset - amber light thing and got to blue flashing but it will not connect to the wifi now. I have 3 working but 4 is totally worthless. I'm not sure what to do

You waited all of one minute that say this support sucks. Good for you.

 

If you reset the camera you also have to remove it from your account before you can add it again. Did you?
