Arlo wireless camera - VM3230C Not syncing to the base

Hello, I believe I have a set of 5 of the first Arlo wireless cameras that came out. Purchased from Costco. I've never had an issue with them until now. Two of them went offline. One finally came back and is working justOldest Camera VM3230C fine. The other was located in my garage, and it got rather hot because of our recent weather. (Not sure if this might have been the issue?). I replaced the batteries, but it still didn't work and just in case my batteries might be bad, I bought new ones. Finally, the blue light comes on now, yet it still won't work. Decided to try deleting the camera from the app and re-adding it, but now it won't re-sync to the base. I've tried everything, several time. Moved closer to the base, farther away from the base and still will not sync so I can add it. So frustrated. Can't talk with anyone live. No customer service. :0(

When you say to the base do you mean your Wi-Fi or do you have an Arlo base?
