Just got the Arlo essentials camera wont connect to my ph ? after paired the QR Code

everything in the house connects to same internet no issues ?

Try using a PC for onboarding instead (browse to my.arlo.com). Also

1. make sure the network security is set to WPA2 (AES)
2. if you have special characters in the network name or password, you might need to remove them.

Same issue for me.

I use 2.4 WiFi

I removed "_" in the SSID : no effect

I turned WPA to WPA 2 in the WiFi configuration : now, I can see the camera IP address in the WiFi admin panel, but still not recognized by the android app nor the web app.

Other ideas?
