Hi can anybody help I've had to reinstall my camera from the beginning and reinstall the app

I'm not able to connect now to my fone going through the set up it does qr and chimes flashes blue for 3mins then flashes orange then nothing

Sorted had to change WiFi passwords on router

Did you remove the camera from your account? That's needed to then be able to set it back up again. You may also want to try the reset procedure:

Ive done a factory reset hold sync bottom for 15sc blinked orange afterwards started the set up and with the same result at the end no camera found

I have my  account I can see my monthly payments but i can't add my  camera to it as I did before the problem it seemed easy when I first installed the camera last year now it's a nightmare

That didn't answer my question as to whether you have removed the camera from your account. Especially after resetting the camera, it must be removed from the account before it can be added back in.
