Arlo essential spotlight suddenly not supporting person, vehicle, or animal recognition

At 5:13 AM and prior I could see previews of the motion detected and what kind of motion… anything after that just says “motion detected”, no preview. Arlo app is saying my device does not support person or vehicle detection… has anyone had this happen and know how to fix? Arlo support is no help

That feature requires a subscription. Do you have one? Check Settings, Home, Plans.
