Arlo essential spotlight keeps detecting motion every minute

Camera about 9 months old, detection is showing every minute. Restarted the camera but still detects every min.

Reduced the detection level to 30 with no luck, adjusted to 8 with no luck.  Removed from account and added back with no issues. but still going off every min. Camera had been working fine until about a week ago. Is there a contact phone number for ARLO??   Thank you

No, they don't publish one.  Googling will lead you to a scam support site.

 

Go into the support area of the app (NOT my.arlo.com), and select the camera.  You'll see support options there.  If you have a subscription, you see "phone support" enabled when the call centers are open (6 am - 6 pm US pacific time).

Thank you for the reply.

I do not use the app for my cameras, so unable to access that phone number.

Is there anywhere else I can get that #?

Hi @Forceten2022 

 

With your subscription, you can login to your account via the web portal and navigate to Settings > Support Center > Select "Contact us" via the Community page > Chat wit his at the bottom left of the page > You can then add your device and select the appropriate concerns from the chat menu.
