Arlo essential, impossible to see the stream, only blue screeen with play logo

Hello,


I have a kit of 3 essential Arlo cameras, I've already struggled to add them to the application but finally I succeeded, but both on my smartphone and on Windows, I have a blue screen when I look at the camera stream, if I click on play, it says connection, it's very short and then nothing more, it always happens the same thing. and i've checked my router, my camera is on 2.4 Ghz wifi, i've got the same problem with all my cameras, what else can i fix?

Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? What does the signal strength icon show for the cameras?

I tried to reset the devices, I no longer have the blue screen, but I was at full power on the wifi and battery it tries to connect but can not.
