Arlo essential camera did a factory reset on it's own, I reconnected it and it lasted 5 minutes before it reset again. Took it down and tried to reset it, but the only lights that I could get were the infrared lights to flash and it was clicking. Now there is nothing.

Is it still covered by the warranty?

Should be, I'll have to look up when I bought it. I have 5 of them, will I need a serial number?

Warranty is 12 months in most places.  If you have Arlo Secure Plus in Europe, then it would be 2 years.

No idea, I haven't needed to do a warranty return myself.
