Arlo essential recordings issue today

My camera has been messed up all day, showing the yellow as if there is motion but continuously (causing battery to drain) and when there actually was a motion event it showed minutes later or not at all..is anyone else having the same issue ? Going to factory reset in the am ..

Update, did a factory reset and made it worse. Motion triggering every minute now and it’s facing a wall in my house charging so there’s no possible motion trigger.

Use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer.
