My Arlo camera disconnected and now it won’t charge or allow a reset?

That sounds like the battery is totally dead. It helps to proactively charge rather than letting it run completely out.

 

Try this FAQ to see what happens. The key is to plug and unplug multiple times until the battery gets enough charge in it to allow proper charging.
