Arlo essential camera hooked up then the next morning no videos where recorded

I had my cameras hooked up then the next morning no videos where recorded. I got the 1 cam hooked back up but the other one won't sync.

Details. What have you tried? What do you see? Have you brought the camera closer to the hub or router to see if that helps? You may need to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and reconnect it.
